Love Bites!

Bite sized balls of love.

These are sooo addictive...! That's why you'll notice the recipe only makes 6 balls, just in case you accidently can't stop eating them (whoops!). You can easily double or triple the recipe depending on how many you want to make.

I have so many different flavoured love bites ready to come at ya! But let's start with the basics and go from there.

Love Bites

Ingredients:

  • 4 pitted dates (I used medjool)
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup almonds

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend away until it's combined into a crumbly mix. (See the pic below)
  • Scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls.
  • Place in the freezer for around an hour and you're done!
  • These will keep in the fridge for a week or so and months in the freezer (as if they will last that long!)

Ready to roll

These are great as a little afternoon pick me up or a pre-workout snack.

More flavours coming soon!
