Houmous? Hommos? Hummus?


However you spell it! Hummus is taking over and I love it! 

It's one of my favourite snacks and these days there are so many varieties you can't get bored of the stuff. Dip your veggies in it, spread it on oat crackers or just add it to any meal. It's made from clean whole foods packed with fibre, protein and good fats. Check out these ideas below including some "dessert hummus" recipes too.
