Welcome to my Gym


I'm so lucky to have this park within easy reach. The weather is continuing to be amazing so yesterday I headed out with my friend Amy for a morning workout. Amy and I are both Zumba instructors so we are Zumba-ing away all week. It was nice to be able to do a workout just for ourselves.


We did the Tone It Up Fat Blasting Stair Circuit on these stairs. Killer!

I had my green smoothie pre-workout and then this lovely dish for afterwards. 

Quinoa, kale, tofu, red onion and garlic. 


 Try and get outdoors to excercise if you can! It gives you a boost of motivation and keeps things fresh.
