Tangy Tahini Dressing

I wanted to share with you my current favourite dressing. It's so easy to make and you can add it to anything; salad, steamed veggies, drizzle it over fish and anything else you can think of. 

Sometimes I like to be specific with ingredients and other times I just make it up and taste along the way. So this is a rough guideline recipe, feel free to taste and alter along the way too.

Tangy Tahini Dressing
Double, triple or quadruple this recipe depending on what you need it for, you know the drill!

  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2.5 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • juice of half a lemon or lime
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp water

  • Put all ingredients execpt for water in a small bowl or jar. Thoroughly mix everything together with a spoon. 
  • If you would like the dressing thinner add one tbsp of water at a time until desired consistency is reached. I used 2 tbsp.
