My Favourite Food Swaps + Some Link Love

My belief is that there is always a healthier alternative to the junky foods out there. It might not taste exactly the same but if you give it a chance there are so many healthy things that satisfy in the same way our favourite naughty foods do. And you will probably grow to like them better!

There are so many clever food bloggers out there constantly experimenting and coming up with new recipes and healthier ways of enjoying the foods we all love. It's what inspired me to experiment in the kitchen and start a blog of my own. 

Here are some ideas from other food bloggers, swap this for that:

Crisps/Chips ---> Kale Chips

Chocolate bars ---> Three-Ingredient Chocolate Bars and Raw Chocolate

Cookies ---> Almond Meal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cookie dough ---> Healthy Cookie Dough Dip

Cupcakes ---> Chocolate Cupcakes
