Easy Dairy Free Raspberry Ice Cream

I made this ice cream the other night to pair with my mini chocolate cake, instead of using the icing. It was so easy to make and delicious so I wanted to share what I did!

Easy Dairy Free Raspberry Ice Cream
Serves 3-4

  • 3 cups of frozen raspberries (300g)
  • 1 cup coconut cream. You can buy just the coconut cream or use the top of a coconut milk can aka vegan cream
  • stevia to taste
  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and combine. 
  • Serve immediately or place in the freezer for about an hour if you would like a firmer texture.
